This is a specialist workshop for intermediate and advanced students by Ms Akane Teshigahara, Head Mistress of Sogetsu School in Japan.

Akane Teshigahara is the third Iemoto of Sogetsu School and is the grand-daughter of Sogetsu’s Founder, Sofu Teshigahara.

Noted for her huge, breath-taking installations, Ms Teshigahara will share with participants the intricate techniques of creating wire structures that can be used to elevate your floral artistry to yet a new level.

Cost includes floral materials and light refreshments. Kindly bring your own Ikebana scissors, pliers, wires, containers and cleaning cloth.
